This evening, the Effie Awards Switzerland celebrated their 20th edition at SOHO Zurich. The Award Night, which honored the best and most effective marketing and communication campaigns in Switzerland, reached its climax with the presentation of the Grand Effie. The prestigious award went to the Federation of Migros Genossenschafts-Bund and Wirz Group for the campaign “OUI zum NON: Cheers to Migros Democracy.”
The grand jury, consisting of industry experts, selected the “OUI zum NON” campaign as the winner of the Grand Effie from the six gold winners. Martin Baumüller, Head Division Marketing & Brands/ Group Executive Board of Geberit International and member of the Grand Jury, delivered the laudatory speech and emphasized how Migros tackled an emotional issue with creative and strategic excellence and strengthened brand integrity in the process.
In addition to the Grand Effie, eleven bronze, seven silver and six gold effies were awarded for outstanding campaigns. Audrey Arnold, managing director of LEADING SWISS AGENCIES (LSA), the association of leading Swiss communication agencies, which organizes the Effie Awards in Switzerland, charmingly led through the glamorous evening. At her side, Danijel Sljivo, CEO of Ammarkt, delighted the audience and contributed to the special atmosphere of the evening.

Die Gold Effie Gewinner eines Jahrgangs qualifizieren sich für einen Grand Effie. Der Grand Effie Gewinner repräsentiert den einen outstanding besten Case, der in diesem Jahr eingereicht wurde. Die Grand Jury entscheidet über die Vergabe des Grand Effie.
